Producer: Domaine de la Tour Blanche Located in Riquewihr, in the capital of Alsace wines, Domaine de la Tour Blanche is established in a XIVth century building. Daniel Klack is now managing the domain, 13th generation of vignerons since 1628. The strength of Domaine de la Tour Blanche is the diversity and excellence of his terroirs, which includes Grands Crus Schoenenbourg and Sporen. Daniel gives a real importance to traditions: vinifications still occur for more than half of the production in centennial wooden cask and Daniel defines himself as non-interventionist. The Klack method in one word: natural!
