Region of Italy: Piedmont
Colour: Ruby red which tends toward violet
Nose: Rich fruity bouquet
Taste: Full bodied with an intense taste of undergrowth. Pleasant tannic taste with a slight final almond's notes
Pairing: Meat dishes. Grilled or roasted chicken, salmon, meatloaf or cheesy pasta are great dishes to balance out its high-tannin, low-acidity profile
Producer: Romana Romana winery is in Piedmont, on the famous hills called Langhe. Here found their ideal soil some of the best red grapes of the world. Founded around 1980 and spread over a vineyard area of approximately 20 hectares.
