Region of France: Loire Valley
Grape: Melon de Bourgogne
Colour: Bright pale yellow with green tints
Nose: The nose is quite intense and gratifying. Typical aromas of white fruit (apple, pear, peach), grapefruit and lime
Taste: The palate is lively and fresh. The “on lees” breeding wakes up the flavors of citrus, with a mineral aftertaste, very characteristic of the region.
Pairing: This product will be the perfect companion for seafood or fishes. Enjoy it also by itself, when a glass of white wine is needed for pleasure and enjoyment!
Producer: Domaine de l’Epinay The Paquereau family has been running Domaine de l'Epinay since the beginning of the 20th Century. In 2000, then 2006, Cyrille and Sylvain took the head of this 40 Ha estate of which half is planted in Muscadet. The estate started converting to organic farming in 2011. The Paquereau brothers’ wines represent the new wave of Muscadets: crisp, thin, sharp but never hard. They are excellent examples of the diversity of Muscadet terroirs.
