Producer: Domaine Dominique et Mallorie Pabiot Dominique is the fifth generation of Pabiot in Pouilly-Sur-Loire. He manages a 11 Ha estate located on Clay-limestone terroirs and Kimmeridgian marl. In 2018, Mallorie, Dominique's daughter, joins the winery which becomes Domaine Dominique et Mallorie Pabiot.
